New fiber optics T coupler for industrial Ethernet systems
The new fiber optics T coupler allows you to switch from classic fieldbus to industrial Ethernet systems without changing the networking philosophy. To this end, the device is equipped with two copper and two fiber optics interfaces with reliable POF/HCS technology.
The IGMP Snooping, Multicast Filtering, V-Lan and Port Mirroring management functions regulate the distribution of data volume, thus securing the operation in all industrial Ethernet systems like PROFINET, Ethernet/IP or Modbus-TCP.

Continuous diagnostics
Here, the light power received is measured and displayed separately for each fiber optics channel with a four-level LED bar chart.
The values for remote monitoring are available in web-based management and as SNMP objects in the network.

Interference-free transmission via HCS-(POF) line
Features:
- Fiber structure made of glass core and plastic sheath
- Rugged PUR outer sheath
- Use in 660 nm POF/HCS devices (up to 300 meters) and
- Use in 1300 nm glass multimode devices (up to 2000 meters)
- fulfills the PROFINET
type C requirements - suitable for use in drag chain applications

Easy assembly
The fiber optics connectors can be assembled directly on site. The easy-to-use cleave procedure makes complex sticking, crimping and grinding redundant. It also allows reusing the connector at any time via the intelligent clamping mechanism.
